Our service begins with advising on the correct achievable rental level for the given location and extends to advertising/marketing the unit for rent through tried and tested channels. Leach & Lang handle all enquiries and viewings as well as dealing with contract negotiations, signing of lease agreement and handover of apartment to and from the prospective tenant.

Leach & Lang make every effort to select the best possible tenants whilst our standard lease agreements protect the landlord as fully as possible. We take a practical approach on the occasions when problems do arise and strive to resolve any issues as effectively and quickly as possible.
