Property acceptance and defect checking

As part of our management services, Leach & Lang offers the service of taking over a property on behalf of the owner from the developer, previous apartment owner, or tenant.

Thanks to the experience of our team and the huge number of transferred properties (numbering in the hundreds), we are able to detect any shortcomings or defects in a property, if any. As well as we are able to assess the condition of a given property and present it in the form of a report.

Leach & Lang also offers the service of transferring apartments on behalf of the new owner after taking over from the previous owner of the apartment or to / with tenants at the beginning or end of the lease.

Working with us, you do not have to worry about your interests in dealing with tenants.
We will take care of all the formalities from contractual issues through supervision and billing of receivables to ongoing contact with the person renting your property.

We will provide you with an overview of the ongoing financial accounts for the Property.

We will supervise the condition of your Property so that the use is in accordance with the provisions of the lease agreement.
If necessary, we will order minor repairs, upgrades or replacements of equipment, and arrange for the removal of malfunctions that require immediate action.
In the case of the latter, we provide handling of formalities related to the payment of compensation by the insurer.

Working with us, you don’t have to worry about contacting utility providers and the building administrator, we will also take care of the storage of documentation relating to the Property.
