He has been involved in professional property management in Poland since 2004.

Our first clients were foreign investors (mainly from the UK and Ireland, often with Polish roots). These clients expected assistance in managing their purchased properties in Warsaw and Krakow. And these needs we met.

Over time, satisfied clients recommended our services to other potential buyers who were planning to purchase property in our country and were looking for a company that would comprehensively and professionally help with all the formalities. At that time we began to expand our real estate management business to other cities (Wrocław, Poznań, Łodź, Katowice, Gliwice, Rzeszów, Szczecin and Świnoujście). With a view to customers who, receiving a new apartment in developer condition, do not have the time, idea or ability to deal with its finishing by themselves, we have enriched our offer with comprehensive apartment finishing services.

In addition to geographic expansion and the introduction of finishing services, we have created a team dedicated exclusively to property management on behalf of our clients – apartment owners who are both foreigners and Poles living outside our country as well as within it.

Taking into account the suggestions of our clients, we have set up a secure online system giving owners access to all documents and financial reports regarding their properties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
