Leach & Lang have extensive experience of property management throughout Poland. We currently manage blocks of apartments and significant numbers of individual units in Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan, Torun, Katowice, Gliwice, Wroclaw, Rzeszow, Szczecin and Swinoujscie.

Management of each property requires close attention to detail and regular communication to ensure landlords are kept abreast of the situation at their property and tenants remain happy.

Leach & Lang are constantly upgrading and improving our internal systems as well as our Poland-wide network of contacts to ensure the best possible service and quickest response times for both landlord and tenant.

We are always open to new property management opportunities in towns where we already operate as well as open to consider new locations . Needless to say we are also permanently on the lookout for tenants for these fine properties.
